⚠️ Challenge
Leading workshops and mentoring at scale was new territory for me. Speaking to a group of peers, some with more experience, pushed me outside of my comfort zone. I had to prepare extensively: planning content, anticipating questions, and ensuring I understood each topic deeply. It wasn’t enough to be familiar with the material; I had to be the expert in the room, ready to answer any questions my coworkers had and adapt on the fly. Another challenge was managing time. Keeping sessions engaging and informative while filling the full hour without overwhelming the team.

Each session focused on real-world applications and efficient design practices. Within each model were multiple projects and each month we would give the material to designers and at the end of the month we would convene and go over what everyone worked on and answer any questions.
